Service Description
Our Relationship Counselling helps you strengthen the way you connect with others, whether at work, in friendships, family dynamics, or leadership roles. Using emotional-intelligence and faith-based principles, we identify patterns that block communication, rebuild trust, and equip you to form relationships rooted in respect, empathy, and authenticity.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Every session includes personalised preparation completed specifically for you in advance, which cannot be reused if the session doesn't take place. You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' written notice (via the booking system, email, or WhatsApp) — provided the new date falls within 30 days. All fees are non-refundable. Cancellations, no-shows, or any further change after your one free reschedule forfeit the session fee, and a new session must be booked and paid for in full. Group sessions and workshops run on fixed dates; your one free reschedule means transferring to another available date instead. If arriving late, sessions still end at the scheduled time. If I ever need to reschedule on my side, you'll be offered a full reschedule or refund at no cost to you.
