For years, I lived behind a smiling mask, hiding abuse, trauma, and silent suffering. But through the healing power of Christ and professional counselling, I found freedom.
That transformation became my calling. Today, as a registered counsellor with 22+ years of leadership experience, I founded RDARA to create the safe space I once desperately needed, a place where the vulnerable and broken can find hope, healing, and purpose.
