Philosophy
Counselling has too often been stigmatized as a chair, a box of tissues, a couple of people and an awkward conversation but... We believe "real counselling" which is bible-based, Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-led, ethically and psychologically sound has the power to give life to mortal bodies, revive weary souls, restore, protect and prosper us to reign in all areas of our lives.

Vision
To create a physical place, and virtual space where people struggling with the shame of silent sicknesses, such as addictions and abuse, marriage problems, crises, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and other problems, including but not limited to anxiety about the present or the future can come to find affordable and safe therapeutic support, solutions, teaching, tools, counselling and coaching enabling positive change that ripples into the lives of all those intricately connected to them, ultimately bringing about lasting transformative change in our communities.
Mission
Our co-mission, is to hold space for the vulnerable and broken, by providing a professional and safe space for us to build a collaborative helping, counselling relationship allowing the true Paraclete, the Holy Spirit to bring us into divine insight enabling change through bible-based, Christ-centered, ethically and psychologically sound integrative strategies, working together towards the goal of attaining wholeness in Christ.
