Service Description
🎓 FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS (Grade 9-12) This is your 30-minute onboarding call/guide to get started with Career Direct. 💰 INVESTMENT: As displayed on the booking page (paid upfront, non-refundable) What Happens During This Call: ✅ Welcome & introduction to Career Direct ✅ Explanation of the full assessment process ✅ You'll receive your assessment login details ✅ Instructions on how to complete your assessment ✅ Timeline expectations & next steps AFTER This Call: → Complete your Career Direct Assessment online (1-2 hours, at your own pace). → Once complete, book your feedback session separately 📋 BEFORE YOUR CALL: You'll complete an intake form with your booking. We'll register you in the system before your onboarding call. ⏱️ FULL PROCESS: Step 1: Onboarding Call (30 min) Step 2: Complete Assessment Online (1-2 hours, your own time) Step 3: Feedback Session (60-90 min) (book and charged separately) Total Timeline: 2-4 weeks Questions? Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Every session includes personalised preparation completed specifically for you in advance, which cannot be reused if the session doesn't take place. You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' written notice (via the booking system, email, or WhatsApp) — provided the new date falls within 30 days. All fees are non-refundable. Cancellations, no-shows, or any further change after your one free reschedule forfeit the session fee, and a new session must be booked and paid for in full. Group sessions and workshops run on fixed dates; your one free reschedule means transferring to another available date instead. If arriving late, sessions still end at the scheduled time. If I ever need to reschedule on my side, you'll be offered a full reschedule or refund at no cost to you.
