2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process:

• We will provide you with a return shipping label.
• Pack the item securely, including the original packing slip, and send it back to us.

4. Refunds and Exchanges: 

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
• If you wish to exchange an item, please specify your choice in your return request.

5. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item was received damaged.
